I was going to type this from school but decided not to because WordPress on the school computers doesn’t have any of the layouts or anything, it’s just the SandBox for the WordPress site. Anyways, there are some graphic novels, and just plain text format novels that I want to read, the first of which being From Hell written by one of my favorite comic book authors: Alan Moore. It’s about the Jack the Ripper or Whitechapel murders. Also V for Vendetta, and you should all know what that is . . .

And on another note, TTITN is almost 3 months old, at about the 14th it will be the third month of TTITN goodness. Also just before November ended the blog reached over 200 views, damn, I never saw it coming, thank you all for viewing the blog, and welcome to a December to remember. There is a new chapter of Ultra Violence up, click here to read that. Also, Austin finally did Day 9 of Z-Day, click here to read that.

And just in case you forgot, ZDay is now hosted here, go there to view more chapters of Z-Day, and don’t forget to subscribe, it’s as easy as filling out your e-mail address.

Hey all, Will back again with another review, this time on the album With Roots Above And Branches Below by The Devil Wears Prada. The album was released on May 5, 2009 under the label Ferret Music.

The music is very metal core, and the screams are a little whiny at some points but are very good. At most points the screams are really incoherent, but if you have the lyrics opened they are really easy to follow. All of the literal music minus the vocals is really good, the drums and the guitar are all really good. The clean vocals also sound really great, they’re kind of like Micheal Jagmin’s vocals from A Skylit Drive only a little lower, and the clean singer looks really young, but he plays some damn good rhythm.

Overall, a really good hardcore album, you should check it out. Here is their song Danger: Wildman. Enjoy!

The cover of Alan Moore's Watchmen

Watchmen was written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Dave Gibbons. Watchmen was originally a mini-series published under DC Comics, it spanned one year with twelve issues and was collected into a graphic novel around 2005. It was the winner of the Hugo Award and was the only graphic novel on Time Magazine’s list of the top 100 English novels.

Watchmen has been widely received as the most celebrated graphic novel of all time. Many times director’s had tried to adapt the book to film, and in 2009 in some ways Zack Snyder (director of 300) succeeded. Many fans did not like the film very much, personally I thought it was a pretty faithful adaption, click here to read my review of the film. Today was a really shitty day. Not the 21st itself but the day before. Me and the damn technicality, it is only 12:08 a.m. Anyways, today I was reading New Moon because I was really bored and this Twitard comes up to me and asks: “Are you on Team Edward or Team Jacob?” And I reply: “No, I’m on Team Go Fuck Yourself!” Luckily she didn’t get a brick and bash in my face. Oh well, today made sad post on 20th, bummed out because school sucks. Day picked up after the incident between the Twitard and I. Funny really because she was a friend of mine, it’s just when she talks about Twilight I fell like going an hero and taking her with me. Also today tried to get on Encyclopedia Dramamtica, SISD blocked it for blogs and forums. But they block for an actual reason at least, y’know “Adult Sexually Explicit”. Whatever, Will signing off.

{UPDATE 11/6/09} MasterofStrings, I believe this is the first review of Cat!Cow!Milkyway! Awesome.

Firstly, I don’t exactly hate Cat!Cow!Milkyway! He, yes he, there is only one member in this band, anyways his vocals, synthesizing, guitar, and beats are very catchy and (personally) he is one of the best artists I’ve heard since Austin told me about A Skylit Drive (yes, there are so many shitty bands in a year the only good bands I’ve discovered is an unsigned 17 year old, and 100deadrabbits). And he does a really good job with only one member and I wish his ass would make a new song, but he’s probably busy trying to get signed.

Secondly, the thing I don’t like about Cat!Cow!Milkyway! is that he acts like an attention whore, I understand that he wants to get signed, but in all his covers there are like 5 annotations that say: “Subscribe me” (no, really) “Our band:” (lol, our), and a shit ton of other promotional drivel that has to do with promoting himself. And for this I call him pathetic.

Cat!Cow!Milkyway!, you need to stop being such a little attention whore, than I could watch one of your videos and not be drowned in fucking annotations.
